Shipping Times

• Orders will usually be sent out within 7 business days.

• After your order has been shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 10 days

Packaging

• All prints are shipped in flat packaging (not rolled up), wrapped in acid-free glassine, sandwiched between two layers of heavy-duty board, padded, and inside a sturdy cardboard box.

• imago-dei.studio uses only eco-friendly packing materials, many of which are made of recycled paper, and all of which can be recycled or reused. The packaging is 100% plastic free.

Damaged and Lost Items

• If a print arrives damaged, please send a message as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, you will be refunded the purchase price.

• All orders are sent with a tracking number. In the case of a lost package, please send a message within 4 weeks from the day it was dispatched, a request will be made to the courier to open an investigation.

Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your order, a refund of the full purchase price will be made upon return of the undamaged print.

• To return an item, send a message about your decision with 14 days of receiving the print. Information will be provided about how to return the item.

• Save the original packaging for sending the print back.

• All return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Once the print has been returned and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Cancelling an Order

• If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send a message as soon as possible. A free cancellation is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made.

Note About Handmade

Because all prints are handmade, no two prints are exactly alike. Each print displays a unique set of characteristics, with ink density, paper shape and texture, and details varying from print to print. This is the beauty of woodcut prints!
